GSTIN on this site is shown as N/A until the owner enters a verified number in Studio Desk settings. No tax number is invented here.

What we collect

• Consultation / contact forms: name, phone, optional email, city, service interest, message, and your agreement to be contacted about the enquiry.
• Accounts (if you sign up): email, password (handled by Supabase Auth), and display name metadata. Guest enquiries are not merged solely because a phone or email was typed.
• Privacy requests: name, email, phone, and details you provide so we can locate records.
• Optional first-party analytics: page path, allowlisted event names, campaign/UTM labels, and a random session id in the browser—only if you allow analytics in cookie settings. Phone numbers, emails, and enquiry messages are not included in those events.

We do not ask children for personal information through this site, and it is not directed at children.

Why we use it

To respond to interior consultations, operate customer and studio accounts, improve the website with aggregated first-party analytics (when allowed), and process deletion or correction requests.

We do not sell lead lists. Optional marketing newsletters are not part of this application.

Where it is stored

When Supabase is configured, enquiries, accounts, CRM notes, CMS content, and privacy requests are stored in the studio's Supabase project (Auth + database + optional media storage). Email notification of new leads may use Resend when an API key is configured—otherwise the lead may still be saved without an email alert.

If required server configuration is missing, the consultation API returns an error and does not pretend the enquiry was saved.

Retention and your rights

Operational enquiry records may be kept for up to about 24 months for follow-up unless a shorter period is agreed or a verified deletion request is completed. Account data lasts while the account exists.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Use the form below or email contact@wbinterior.in. Submitting a request records it for review—it does not automatically erase every system copy until the studio verifies identity and completes processing. Legal retention duties may apply; those are confirmed with counsel where required (including India's DPDP framework as it applies to the studio).

Security

Access to studio tools is role-restricted. Secrets such as the Supabase service key stay on the server. Technical measures reduce misuse; they are not a guarantee against all incidents.
