How we work
Work Policies
Last updated 2026-10-12. A customer-friendly summary of the studio process published on this site.
Project-specific details (timelines, fees, revision rounds, warranties, and whether execution or contractor coordination is included) are confirmed in your individual proposal or written agreement. This page does not invent fixed delivery dates, unlimited revisions, or payment schedules.
Typical project stages
The homepage process section describes the same journey. Stages may be combined or adapted for your space:
- Share your requirements. Tell us about your rooms, timeline, and preferences through the form, call, or WhatsApp.
- Discuss space and priorities. Review floor-plan constraints, storage needs, and material preferences with the studio.
- Explore design direction. Align on layout ideas and finishes using portfolio renders and reference imagery.
- Clarify scope together. Confirm which rooms and deliverables to pursue before any quotation discussion.
- Move into agreed execution. Where engagement is confirmed, proceed from approved direction into detailed execution with the studio team.
- Handover. Complete finishing checks and handover so you can settle into the space.
Enquiry and consultation
Start with the consultation form, phone, or WhatsApp. Share rooms, priorities, and locality. A website enquiry is a request to talk—not a signed project contract. After systems accept the enquiry, the team follows up using the channels you provided.
Requirements and site information
The studio discusses space constraints, storage needs, and preferences. Site measurements and customer-provided plans or photos may be requested when relevant. Accurate information helps proposals stay realistic.
Design direction, selections, and approvals
Layout ideas and finishes are explored using portfolio renders and reference imagery. Material and design selections are refined with you. Clear approvals let the project move forward where execution is part of the engagement.
Scope changes
Changes to rooms, finishes, or deliverables should be agreed as you go. Exact revision rounds and any commercial impact are confirmed in writing for your project—not as an unlimited website promise.
Execution and site access
Where engagement is confirmed, the studio proceeds from approved direction into detailed execution with the studio team, as described on the site. Whether construction, procurement, installation, or third-party contractor management is included depends on what you and the studio agree in writing—do not assume every service from marketing alone.
Customers are typically expected to arrange reasonable site access and decisions when work is underway. Specific site rules are confirmed for the project.
Communication and timelines
Project communication usually happens by phone, WhatsApp, email, or meetings as arranged. Timelines depend on scope, site readiness, material lead times, and approvals. The studio confirms realistic dates for your project rather than publishing a fixed guaranteed delivery period on this website.
Handover and raising issues
When finishing checks are complete, the studio hands over so you can settle into the space. If something needs attention after handover, contact the studio with project details. Any warranty or maintenance commitment must be stated in your written agreement—none is invented here.
Owner confirmation still needed
- Standard payment schedule (if any) for confirmed projects.
- Default revision allowances before commercial change orders.
- Whether contractor management is routinely offered vs design-only packages.
